best park the buses at interchanges so no need to drive all the way from depots to interchanges, only time is going to top up oil or maintenance.

Feeders and Intratowns make sense but not cost effective also..Imagine have to pay rent,Have to supply workers tpt to and fro..Most BCs will still need to go depot to collect their motorcycles there.

I went to Joo Koon MRT area just now and asked one man about the Joo Koon Bus Interchange. He told me that the buses will enter at Benoi Road and exit at Joo Koon Circle.
When I looked at the place myself, I saw that there seems to be a passage carved out in the middle of the building, from Benoi Road to Joo Koon Circle.

From the looks of it, it seems that there will only be end-on berths - and a handful of bus services - at Joo koon Bus Interchange.
Taking reference from the end-on berths at Boon Lay Bus Interchange,
where one side of the pillar can have one bus, and one service occupies two parking lots,
Joo Koon Bus Interchange has (approximately) ten end-on parking lots.
I guess there will only be around five bus services at Joo Koon Bus Interchange, making it similar to (or even smaller than) Sembawang (7) and Eunos (7).

Loading observation on sv 241 3644Z @ 18.15 from Boon Lay Interchange
* I observed there was a 241 DD every 03-04 minutes and yet the queues at BNL were very long
* After survey of 243G/W, decided to take 241.
Boon Lay Interchange - 78 pax
Boon Lay St 63 - 87 (0/9)... surprisingly no one alighted
96 (-3/12)... only 3 alighted but 12 boarded
Pioneer MRT 112 (-9/25)... many pax left over... in 03 mins... 2 sv 241 DDs came back to back that cleared the entire stop
** The reason I highlight the above two is that it is normal to have many pax boarding at MRT, but I was surprised that for a service with 3 mins DD frequency, there was still 9 and 12 pax boarding at these two stops
** Around 66 of the 78 pax that boarded at Boon Lay went beyond Pioneer MRT... I believe PM ppl prefer to alight from MRT at Boon Lay so that they get place to sit... but yet the crowds at Pioneer MRT also quite huge

Hi mr SBS5010P, the pay you write is far too low. A fresh local graduate pay is already much more than this. This sort of position is evolving and the title easily suggests that it is not for fresh graduate. When they say will commensurate with experience and qualifications, they will compare it to your current position and salary and I believe such a position easily warrants a 6 to 8k remuneration. TP2245 was introduced in Feburary 2013. The unit that was exhibited at the last Australia Bus and Coach Show was held at Sydney in late September 2013.

Indeed, job security is an important factor to consider. I won't go into too much detail, but usually contract staff comes with less fringe benefits as well and are on project basis.
